Our check-in office is located at
41693 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake. Click
here for directions. Check-in time is anytime
after 3:00 P.M. of arrival day, provided that the prior
occupants left on time and all necessary cleaning and repairs
have been completed. Check-ins are urged to arrive before
11:00 P.M. Fridays, 9:00 P.M. Saturday through Thursdays,
otherwise special arrangements must be made. A $10.00 fee
for late check ins applies. Check out is by 11:00 A.M. on
your day of departure.
Cancellation
Reservation cancellation requests must be received via phone
30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival (45 days
before scheduled date of arrival for all holidays periods)
in order to receive a refund minus the cancellation fee.
There is a 10% cancellation fee on all cancellations with
a minimum charge of $75.00. Reservation refunds will be
made within 30 days after cancellation.
Security
Deposit
A security/cleaning deposit is required on all Big Bear
Resorts Vacation rentals. At check-in we will take an imprint
of your credit card. The card will not be charged provided
that the unit is left in reasonable condition as outlined
in our security/cleaning deposit refund requirement policy.
Housekeeping
These cabins are rented with the understanding that when
you check out you will leave the cabin in reasonably the
same condition as when you checked into it. Please wash
your dishes and put them away and take the garbage to a
designated dump site.
Occupancy
These properties are privately owned and the management
reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Each cabin
has a maximum occupancy according to the Big Bear Lake Transient
Ordinance. You must register how many guests will be occupying
the unit at check in. Undisclosed guests will result in
no refund and complete forfeiture of security deposit and
the entire group evicted. Guests disturbing the quiet of
others will be evicted with no refund due. Management will
not be responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of money,
jewelry, or valuables of any kind. A fireproof safe is maintained
in the lodge office for guest valuables.
Pets
Pets are welcome in most cabins, however, there is a $10.00
charge per pet per day. Please make sure the home allows
pet when you make the reservation. You can search for and
book pet friendly homes online as well. Undisclosed pet
will cause forfeiture of security/cleaning deposit.
Online
Reservations
You can book your home online. Your credit card will be
charge. Please read the terms of agreement carefully when
you make the reservation. After you booked online you can
print out the directions for your convenience but we will
also mail you a printed confirmation and map automatically.
