call your Guest Service Representative and ask for a copy.

day of your arrival and, if your cabin is clean, we will check you
in early. Please know that check out time is at 11 AM and we do
need some time to clean before we can let the next guest in. If
your home was occupied the night prior to your arrival, chances

What
amenities should I expect and what should I bring?
Each
of our homes and cabins is different though most have these basic
things in common.
The
kitchen will have at minimum the essential items to cook and eat
a meal. Plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans are all provided
for you by the homeowner however anything above and beyond this
is extra and will depend on your choice of home. If you require
specialty items to cook with we recommend you bring those along.
Other kitchen items we recommend you bring include paper towels,
foil, Tupperware and baggies.
Each
bathroom will have clean towels, wash clothes, hand towels, and
bath mats for the guests as well as a small selection of soap, shampoo
and conditioner. We do not require the home to have hair dryers,
irons and ironing boards.
Each
bed setup may be different however they will all have fresh linen
provided. We recommend you to bring extra blankets if you are coming
in the winter and not used to cold mountain nights.
Can
I cancel my existing reservation?
Yes,
cancellations made 30 days prior, or before, to the scheduled date
of arrival in will be refunded in full minus a Cancellation Fee
of 10%, or $75, whichever is greater.
Cancellations
made within 30 days of the scheduled date of arrival will not be
refunded. However, should we re-book the cabin for your dates we
will issue you a rain check, good for 1 year, and the total amount
of your reservation.
Is
there a security deposit?
Most
of our vacationers pay for the damage waiver in lieu of leaving
a $1000 security deposit during their stay. The damage waiver covers
your stay in the home against accidental damage and is based on
a % of your rent. Should you choose to decline the damage waiver,
a $1000 security deposit is required and to be held for 30 days
following your stay.
Can
I bring my pet?
Yes,
pets are welcome in most cabins for the small fee of $10.00 per
pet per day. Please make sure the home you are booking allows pets
when you make the reservation. You can search for and book pet friendly
homes online as well.
Visit the pet page for more
info.
