Our maintenance department is on-call 7 days a week. Many
of the repairs are included in our management fees and our
department is available to you for any renovation project
for a very low rate.

Housekeeping, to our owners and
guests alike, is one of the most

housekeeping doesn't just happen, it takes careful planning,
effective supervision and constant follow-up inspections.
Not only do we perform turnaround maid service for our guests,
but we also offer a full-range of cleaning services, including
"deep cleans" carpet cleaning and windows.
