Our maintenance staff ensures reliable, prompt and skilled repair.
We realize that the proper maintenance and upkeep of the homes is foremost to our owners and renters, so we use a work order system to track a problem from the moment it is reported. The problem is followed until it has been repaired. Our maintenance department is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Many of the repairs are included in our management fees and our department is available to you for any renovation project for a very low rate.

HOUSEKEEPING

Housekeeping, to our owners and guests alike, is one of the most
important areas of the rental management business. Good housekeeping doesn't just happen; it takes careful planning, effective supervision and constant follow-up inspections. Not only do we perform turnaround maid service for our guests, but we also offer a full-range of cleaning services, including "deep cleans" carpet cleaning and windows.
