capability. We were the first company in Big Bear that offered
real time online bookings and the convenience to view and
book all the homes without having to call the office. The
website is a fantastic aid in our customer service and customer
satisfaction effort since guests are able to select homes
by availability, amenities and/or location, view all homes
with many pictures, check to see if it's available at specific
times, view rates and book the home online.
This, along with our other national and international marketing
programs, as well as the use of traditional marketing efforts
such as radio, direct mail, travel shows, newspaper and magazines
gives us a distinct advantage over other local rental agencies

SERVICES
We
are the only company in Big Bear that offers full services
to the guest. The homes are cleaned for the guest and inspected
before each stay. The homes are also fully equipped with linens
and towels. We continuously strive to add new services such
as concierge services, which will be offered to the guest
starting this summer.

TECHNOLOGY
We utilize the most sophisticated
computer hardware and state-of-the-art reservations software
available. This allows our rental agents to quickly and efficiently
reserve available houses, generate all reservations forms
and accurately account for all monies.
UNIT-DIRECT
CHECK-IN SERVICE
The use of unit-direct check-in
service allows our guests to start their vacation immediately
upon arriving in town. This eliminates any confusion or complications
for our guests, and has proven to be a valuable asset in booking
our properties.
MAINTENANCE
Our maintenance staff ensures reliable,
prompt and skilled repair.
We realize that the proper maintenance and upkeep of the homes
is foremost to our owners and renters, so we use a work order
system to track a problem from the moment it is reported.
The problem is followed until it has been repaired. Our maintenance
department is on-call 7 days a week. Many of the repairs are
included in our management fees and our department is available
to you for any renovation project for a very low rate.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping, to our owners and
guests alike, is one of the most
important areas of the rental management business. Good housekeeping
doesn't just happen, it takes careful planning, effective
supervision and constant follow-up inspections. Not only do
we perform turnaround maid service for our guests, but we
also offer a full-range of cleaning services, including "deep
cleans" carpet cleaning and windows. |
