City Or County Ordinance Information
Your home will need to be registered with either the City or County in which it is located prior to any rentals being allowed. Big Bear Vacations will arrange to have your home inspected and passed with either the City or County and Big Bear Lake Fire Department and will complete any mandatory updates.
