Located in the prestigious Eagle Point neighborhood of Big Bear you will be within a short walk to Meadow Park with lake access and a great playground for the kids or even Snow Summit ski shuttles and slopes in the winter months. Hop in the car and you are under ten minutes to the grocery stores, marina, or the downtown Village shops for dining and entertainment.
You will love this single level chalet boasting flat year round driveway parking along with a spacious and fenced private backyard that provides a great entertainment space combined with a safe spot for the kids to play.
