Description
Dreams of Summit | Renovated Log Cabin with Game Loft, Walk to Snow Summit
Experience the very best of Big Bear at Dreams of Summit, a freshly renovated log-style chalet just below Snow Summit. This 1,780-square-foot retreat has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, and sleeps up to six guests. The ski and bike park lifts, tubing, and hiking and mountain biking trails are all a short walk from your door, and Big Bear Lake, the marinas, grocery stores, and The Village are just minutes away.
Start each morning on the spacious redwood deck with a cup of coffee, overlooking your private, tree-lined backyard. In the evening, settle in by the stunning rock fireplace under soaring cathedral ceilings and knotty pine accents, the classic mountain lodge feel your group came for. Catch a movie or the big game on the mounted flat-screen TV with cable and high-speed Wi-Fi. Hardwood floors lead to the dining room, where a custom log table and large windows with forest views set the scene for group meals. The fully equipped kitchen offers pine cabinetry, ample counter space, a dishwasher, and a charming breakfast bar. Upstairs, the open game loft is the place to be, with a full-size pool table, lounge seating, and a wet bar for unwinding after a day on the mountain. The primary suite, also upstairs, features a king bed, a TV, and a private bathroom. On the entry level, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with a TV, along with a 3/4 hallway bathroom and a half bath off the living area. A dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer makes wet snow gear and longer stays easy.
Dreams of Summit’s central location puts Big Bear’s year-round adventures right outside your door. In winter, walk to the Snow Summit lifts and spend the day skiing, snowboarding, or tubing. In summer, ride the bike park, hike the nearby trails, or head down to Big Bear Lake for boating and fishing. The peaceful neighborhood is perfect for an evening stroll, and the restaurants and shops of The Village are just a short drive away. A three-car driveway makes arriving with your group easy.
