Policy & Reservation Information 


Check-in is anytime AFTER 4 PM. Holiday check-in starts at 4 PM and Holiday Check-out is 10 AM. There is no After Hours Check-in ***Guests MUST Check-in during Office Hours.*** Check-in location is at Main Office: 41693 Big Bear Blvd. Big Bear Lake CA 92315.
The credit card(s) charged for your reservation MUST BE PRESENT at the time of check-in, along with the cardholder ID, in order for you to check-in.
Please make sure to bring a photo of your License plate at the time of check-in.
 THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT IS 21+
All reservations are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Once within 13 days of arrival and up to 8 days from arrival,  50% of the reservation value will be refunded.
Once 7 days from arrival, the reservation is non-refundable. 
If a reservation is canceled between days 13-8, the 50% that is withheld is to go to the Cancellation fee and is not refundable. 
NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations due to weather, road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical or electrical failure, malfunction of spa, TV, or other equipment, or other factors beyond our control. 
Checkout is at 10 AM on the date of departure. Late checkout can be requested on the morning of departure between 8 AM and 10 AM. There is a late checkout fee if available. 
During the winter months, driveways, steps, porches, decks, and other outdoor areas at your property may not be accessible due to snow and/or ice. CA state law requires that you have snow chains in your vehicle in winter months. 
Late Check-In Policy: Big Bear Vacations does NOT provide 24 Hour Check-in. Check-in starts at 4 p.m. Office hours can vary by season, please confirm our daily hours on the day of arrival if you are arriving late evening.

Office Hours may vary, due to seasons please confirm your arrival time with us.
The reservation fee will cover you for accidental reported damage in the unit and is non-refundable
The home WILL BE EQUIPPED with clean linens, bathroom towels, basic pots/pans, dish-ware, and a STARTER AMOUNT of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. 
The home WILL NOT BE EQUIPPED with Air Conditioning, paper towels, coffee filters, specialty kitchen items, salt and pepper (or any food, condiment, or beverage), bathroom soaps or lotions, hair dryer, beach towels or spa towels, charcoal, Pay-Per-View access or firewood.
There is a $35 nightly pet fee for pet-friendly homes, this amount is not automatically included in your total. Please confirm with our staff if you plan to bring a pet.
