All About Fun is a gorgeous log-style split-level chalet which boasts modern furnishings and décor, plus entertainment and convenience. You will be situated in the most convenient location on a nicely treed and private central lot just minutes from the ski resorts, Big Bear Lake, or the downtown Village shops. Perfect for a large group of friends or a family vacation year round you will find all that you need for a memorable visit including entertainment in the game room and the private hot tub under the stars. Our home is fully fenced and pet friendly within a two block walk to the lake and local Bark Park! Entering your chalet you are greeted with a cozy living room area complete with comfy couches nestled around a toasty fireplace, you will love enjoying movie nights cuddled up in from of the fire here plus for added entertainment the foosball in the corner of the room is the perfect spot for the kids to keep entertained. The open floor plan leads right into a recently remodeled dining room area and gourmet kitchen, with granite counters, hardwood floors, cooking essentials, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, the chef of your group will love whipping up your home cooked meals or entertaining the group here! Venturing downstairs you will find the most spectacular garage-converted game room area for the group to keep the fun rolling together. Complete with a wet-bar area for the adult beverages, comfortable sitting couches, and a massive Streaming TV to enjoy the game, plus endless fun is on hand with the pool table, air hockey, and a sit-down game table. Around the corner from the kitchen you will find a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer on hand for those wet snow clothes or long term stays. Upstairs you will find another Master Suite which offers a private balcony and it's own spacious bath along with a guest "bunk room" that is perfect for the kids or single friends with double bunk beds.
