Description
Canyon Crest Ski View Chalet | Four-Bedroom Cabin with Hot Tub, Firepit & Shuffleboard in Big Bear
Escape to Canyon Crest Ski View Chalet, a spacious four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom cabin in the heart of Big Bear, surrounded by towering pines and peaceful forest views. Sleeping up to 10 guests and welcoming up to two dogs, this inviting retreat is ideal for family vacations, ski trips, and holiday gatherings. Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, Big Bear Lake, the hiking trails, and The Village are all just minutes away.
Start each morning on the expansive multi-level deck with a cup of coffee and the crisp mountain air, then return in the evening to fire up the BBQ grill and dine outdoors under the pines. As night falls, soak in the private hot tub beneath the stars or gather around the outdoor firepit with the whole group. Inside, soaring vaulted wood-beam ceilings and abundant natural light fill the open main-level living area, centered around a cozy fireplace, the perfect place to gather after a day on the slopes or the lake. Challenge friends and family to shuffleboard, or stream your favorite movies with high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances, generous counter space, and everything you need for big breakfasts and family dinners, with an adjoining dining area that seats everyone. The cabin is spread across three levels for privacy. On the first floor, the bunk room has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main level holds the living room, kitchen, dining area, and a half bath. On the top floor, the primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, and two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed, share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Central heating keeps everyone cozy in winter, and the garage includes an EV charger.
Canyon Crest Ski View Chalet puts Big Bear’s year-round adventures within easy reach. In winter, ski or snowboard at Snow Summit and Bear Mountain, both just minutes away. In summer, explore the San Bernardino National Forest trails, head to Big Bear Lake for boating, visit the Alpine Zoo, or ride the Mineshaft Coaster. The Village’s restaurants, shops, marinas, and golf are close by, and parking for four vehicles, including garage access, makes arriving easy.
