Join Care for Big Bear for one of the most fun and rewarding community events of the year! Climate & Cocktails brings volunteers together on select Saturdays to clean up Big Bear’s beautiful trails, shoreline, parks, and neighborhoods — and then rewards every volunteer with a free cocktail, mocktail, or beverage at a local Big Bear eatery!

This is a rain, snow, or shine event so dress appropriately and come ready to make a difference. Climate & Cocktails runs from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM for the clean-up, followed by a 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM happy hour at a local Big Bear restaurant. Care for Big Bear covers the cost of one beverage per volunteer who participates in the clean-up segment!

Important Details:

• Care for Big Bear covers one beverage per volunteer from 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
• Volunteers must join the clean-up segment from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• All volunteers must sign a Liability Waiver upon arrival
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult
• Valid ID proving 21+ age required for alcoholic beverages
• Photo and filming will be present at the event
