Take your Big Bear evening to new heights — literally. Skyline at Sundown is your chance to ride the chairlift up to a mountaintop dinner with unbeatable views, great food, and laid-back vibes. It’s one of the most unique summer experiences in all of Southern California, and it’s happening right here in Big Bear this summer.
What to Expect
Arrive early to catch the live music, enjoy a drink, and soak up the scenery before dinner kicks off at the top. Hop on the lift as early as 4:30 PM, and from 5:30 to 6:30 PM, enjoy an outdoor BBQ buffet-style dinner featuring hearty favorites like Roast Tri-Tip of Beef and Grilled Salmon, served with an abundance of accompaniments. A full bar will be available.
Event Schedule
9:00 AM — Ticket windows open for reservation pick up
4:30 PM — Chair 1 opens for guest loading
4:45–7:15 PM — Live entertainment on the deck of Skyline Taphouse
5:30 PM — Last chair up to the top
5:30–6:30 PM — Food service at the summit
6:30 PM — Download Chair 1
7:30 PM — Last chair down; guests return to base area
