Amangela’s Sandwich and Bagel House

If you’re looking for a quick but delicious breakfast to grab before a day of exploring Big Bear Lake, stop by Amanagela’s Sandwich and Bagel House. The small cafe is located in The Village near the Snow Summit Ski Resort. You can stop by for a Bagel a la Carte or order one of their famous breakfast bagel sandwiches. The bagel house serves coffee and espresso drinks as well. They are also open for lunch and have a variety of sandwiches, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. Amangela’s is open every day from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Grizzly Manor Cafe

If you are looking for a sit-down breakfast, stop by Grizzly Manor Cafe. This cafe is one of the most popular restaurants in Big Bear Lake CA, so lines can get long, but it is worth the wait. At Grizzly’s you will find large portions of traditional American breakfast food. Their pancakes are bigger than a dinner plate and they are known for their hash browns, giant omelets, and blueberry waffles. Grizzly Manor Cafe is located on Big Bear Blvd and they are open every day from 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.

The Pines Lakefront

For a romantic dinner with a view, consider booking a reservation at The Pines Lakefront. The Pines offers fine dining with some of the best views of the lake. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and for brunch, lunch, and dinner on the weekends.

Himalayan Restaurant

The family-owned restaurant serves curries, naan, and other authentic dishes from the Himalayan region. They use only the freshest ingredients to create their delicious dishes and have several vegetarian and gluten-free options. Himalayan Restaurant is located in The Village and they are open Sunday – Thursday from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Peppercorn Grille
