This delicious establishment is located at 350 Alden Road and is a great place to dine for those that appreciate prime real estate that comes with a touch of history too. The Pines Lakefront dates back to the 1920s and has long been a place where visitors and residents of Big Bear find common ground over a delicious meal and spectacular lake view. Today, the interior of The Pines Lakefront has been entirely redesigned to be a comfortable and modern space complete with cloth-covered tables. Vaulted and exposed beam ceilings dotted with wooden chandeliers give this restaurant rustic charm that reminds guests of its longevity in the area. No matter where you find yourself in the dining room, the highlight of a visit is always the view. Gaze out over the marina and mountains from indoors when there’s a chill in the air or make the most of patio-seating options when summer is in full swing. The Pines Big Bear is closed on Tuesdays but open to the dining public every other day of the week from 11:30 am until 10:00 pm with adjusted opening hours Saturday and Sunday starting at 9:00 am.
